I’ve got a new work out plan sorted. It’s very simple and it hits basically every single muscle group.

I do hundreds of pushups and crunches a day; anywhere between 100 to 200 to be specific.
what about running? right now I can run 3.5 kilometers in 25 minutes but I want to up my distance to 5km while maintaining the same time. i'm going to go for a run before the sun sets today in an attempt to set a new record.
I'm doing calishtenics now and before I was doing bodybuilding, I was supposed to do a show now in April 2018 with 100kg lean mass but I got injured and I can not step on stage this year.

this brings me to another question...
has anybody here experienced fleeting (extremely brief) and shooting-like pains after exercising for a while? i don't mean "a while" as in around 30 to 60 minutes... i mean in terms of exercising on-and-off for 1 year plus.
i've been experiencing these fleeting shooting-like pains across my left ribs, left side of my chest and left arm for around 1 month now. i've even felt these fleeting shooting-like pains in my right ankle. they typically last for only a few seconds at a time and only sporadically pop up.
i'll be contacting my doctor about this soon and postponing any & all physical activity until then.
i know for a fact that i'm healthy so i highly doubt that i'm experiencing the onset of something fucked up like an acute or chronic illness.
but regardless, it's still something that warrants a fair amount of concern.
and by the way, stamenko: calisthenics are good. i was able to build a pretty decent "base amount" of muscle mass by primarily doing calisthenics but mixing it up with heavy lifting and some cardio from time to time. i did this from time to time over the past 12 months.

I think I know what's the problem, shoot me a DM and we will talk, anyway I'm doing weighted calishtenics and I do build a lot of muscles and it's a lot of fun doing it.
What motivated you guys to start weight lifting? Mine was for sport performance

I was skinny and my dad was doing bodybuilding so he was like '' son you should start doing the basics, you need to improve your look a little bit '', then I started doing only pushups and after a month I started to see results and I felt in love, I started to do researches about everything and here I am today ;D

To motivate oneself is a great gift. Self-discipline is another reason. That and I look great naked. And with clothes. Reasons are endless.
This thread is going hard, glad to see many bodybuilders around.

I began working out in September pretty regularly, at least 5 times a week. My family had history of having trouble building muscle mass, and I’m extremely happy with how far I’ve come. I’m going to continue moving forward.
Is anybody here using gear? If so, what's your cycle?

As I've said before my classmate actually got me into it.I learned a few things and saw myself getting better at things that were hard to do for me at first.I was always big and wasn't able even to pull up once or do a proper push-up.The fact that now I can pull up without any support under my feet motivated me even more.To train harder, be better and stronger.Be healthy and feel good.So mostly achieving new heights.
@Saint looking good, keep working.

Glad to see your transformation, that's great, keep that up and you'll see good results.

Thank you. Meant to add my routine just in case anyone wasn’t curious.
Back when I started getting into shape my routine was:
- 50 Push-ups when I woke up and before I went to bed
- 50 Crunches when I woke up and before i went to bed
Midway through November, I bumped those 50s to 100s and I also started eating healthier.
And at the beginning of January I bumped those 100s to 150s or sometimes 200s if I’m feeling up for it and I added in doing planks, leg lifts, wall sits, and lifting some weight from objects around my house. I also have finally stopped eating whenever I think of food and I have stopped drinking anything but water and juices

Planning to do Test E or Test P soon, I'll see. Probably will stick under 500mg a week so I don't fuck with estrogen blockers. Of course I will shut down my natural testosterone system but I will do PCT. Are you on gear? If yes DM me we can talk bout it.
For those asking how gym-goers have the motivation to go in the job: it's not about motivation, but about discipline. Been waking up a 4 a.m. in the morning for as long as I started going to the gym, with a half an hour walk every single day, long before most of the people where I live ever even wake up. When I step out of the bed, it's pretty tough, but once I get on the road, it seems to lighten up and it doesn't seem to be as much as a tough thing to do that I had visualized it to be earlier.
Half of the time I'm pretty pumped, even have restless nights the night before, to go to the gym. The other half, it's a damned pain in the ass to even open my eyes at 4 in the morning. Regardless of what I feel, I'm always going to step out of my bed and make my way to the gym, and that's really how it is for everyone. Motivation isn't always there, it flickers, but self-discipline... that's always there.
@Stamenko, I'm not, but I'm seriously considering a Test C + Anavar cycle.
