SECTION FOUR - MOTIVATIONAL SECTION
4.1) Why do you want to become a Fire Fighter/EMT? (min. 100 words) : Well, firstly I'd like to become a Firefighter/EMT in the city of San Fierro in order to provide an amazing service to the people of it. I feel like my experience can contribute to the entire city and department by myself offering quality care and skills to the job at hand. I obtained my Essentials of Firefighting and EMT-Basic through the Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania and I was a Volunteer Firefighter before I moved to San Fierro. Firefighting is in my blood, starting with my father, this is what I want to do with my life and what I want to be my career -- I want to help people as much as I can and as best as I can.
4.2) What does being a Fire Fighter/EMT mean to you? (min. 50 words): Being a Firefighter/EMT means that I'd be the frontline in helping people solve their problems in the city of San Fierro. Whether it's something serious such as a building fire or medical emergency or something small such as helping someone get into their locked property of which they locked themselves out of. Either way, you are there to help people and you are expected to be the most professional person you could ever try to be because you are not only representing your family, but you are representing the city of San Fierro as a whole. Without you, there would be nobody to help the citizens of this amazing city.
4.3) What qualities and/or skills can you bring to this department? (min. 50 words): I feel like I can bring quite a lot to the San Fierro Fire Department including but not limited to; dedication, passion, and an outstanding work ethic. I live and breathe fire and rescue and try to help people as much as I can. I've been around the fire service my entire life and I think that this is what I'm best at. I think that if I were to do anything else other than being involved with the fire service then I'd be a complete joke and a failure at what I tried to do instead of being a firefighter.
4.4) Do you consider yourself a team player or a lone wolf? Please explain your answer (min. 50 words): Well, I'd consider my self a team player and a lone wolf depending on the situation. I generally feel that if I can handle the situation my self then, by all means, I will do it. And if I can't, I will understand that I am unable to handle the said situation alone and require help thus seek help in order to complete the aforementioned task. Depending on the type of situation, either of these can be a beneficial quality for a Firefighter/EMT.

I understand and agree that, if I become employed by the San Fierro Fire Department I will be employed on an "at-will" basis.
