SECTION FOUR - MOTIVATIONAL SECTION
4.1) Why do you want to become a Fire Fighter/EMT? (min. 100 words): I want to become a Firefighter/EMT in San Fierro because I've recently graduated high school and am looking for a challenging but fun occupation. I've always wanted to work within the important, legal departments of San Fierro and the San Fierro Fire Department stood out the most to me. I genuinely want to help people and be able to save them from even the direst of situations. The sheer feeling of being able to help someone is something that has always motivated me in life, and I think that it's important to stick to what keeps us going. I'd like the people of San Fierro to have someone to count on, whether it be me individually or the entire San Fierro Fire Department as a whole. In short, I just really want to help people while aiming to be the best person I can become.
4.2) What does being a Fire Fighter/EMT mean to you? (min. 50 words): Being a Firefighter/EMT means that you are literally willing to put yourself in danger to save someone else's life. They are always on the frontlines, be it taking care of fires, injured people at an active crime scene or performing surgery at the hospital. These people are the ones that are willing to change the city of San Fierro for the better, and they do not mind putting themselves in harms 9way to do so. And I want to be a part of that team aswell.
4.3) What qualities and/or skills can you bring to this department? (min. 50 words): Here are some of my skills and competences, which I believe are key to form a path for my self within the department:
- Passionate about the medical sector.
- Strong speech/speaking skills in front of large crowds.
- Dedicated to work and has a flexible work schedule.
- Able to speak, write and understand fluent English and French.
- Has a lot of patience.
- Able to work in a team based environment.
- Calm attitude and willing mindset for the job.
- Experienced with writing professional documents.
- Excellent communication skills.
4.4) Do you consider yourself a team player, or a lone wolf? Please explain your answer (min. 50 words): I consider myself to be more of a lone wolf, if I'm to be honest. I would always do projects on my own in high school, because I simply prefer working alone. However, I have no problem working in a team based environment as stated above, I am able to work with almost anyone since I am an accepting person. Aslong as the job gets done, I'm good. I am able to fill both positions to my full capacity if needed.
