I'd like for you all to add more bbcodes and put them up for display for easy access. It's a hassle with the current state of embedding such as youtube videos, they player takes up half of the post box; you should just be able to type [video]URL[/video], same with images. Here's a few basic bbcodes to consider;

There is an option to switch between preview mode and source code (this button here 
) .
And you can save drafts, IPB supports rich text copy/pasting so you can copy it over and PM yourself it then copy and paste it into a thread later on and it'll be formatted.

That's just a preview mode for Desktop, Tablet and Phone, there's no option to switch to source code.
As for drafts sure you can PM yourself but that's much less convenient than being able to simply copy paste into a Notepad software to edit it without a connection, or keeping the format saved on your PC so you don't lose it.
We dont have that option as regular members

I too would like the use of bbcodes. Or as said above, the option to swap. Absolutely we should try new things but the majority of us are much more used to bbcodes.
